a. Imagine you met someone face to face after chatting up in a social site. Write a letter to a friend telling him/her about your encounter, how you felt, how the date ended, if you were disappointed and so on.

Solución: Dear Sarah, I hope you’re doing well! You won’t believe what happened yesterday. Remember that guy, Alex, I had been chatting with on Instagram for weeks? Well, we finally met in person! We decided to meet at a cosy café downtown. Before arriving, my heart was racing and I felt really nervous, wondering whether he would match his online profile. To my relief, he was just as kind and funny as he seemed in our messages. However, there was an awkward moment at first because he looked slightly different without all the social media filters. Once we broke the ice, we chatted for hours about music and travel. I wasn't disappointed at all, although I realized he is much quieter in real life than online. We ended the afternoon with a walk through the park, and he walked me to the bus stop before asking for a second date. I'll tell you all the juicy details this weekend. Write back soon! Love, Emma
