Additionally, extreme athletes undergo intense physical and psychological training, and technological innovations in protective gear have significantly reduced risks. In conclusion, completely banning extreme sports would represent an excessive limitation on individual liberties. Instead of prohibitions, governments should enforce strict safety regulations, mandatory insurance, and certified training to ensure that practitioners minimize danger while enjoying their passion.
