b. Imagine that a friend of yours suffered discrimination some years ago (it could be sexual, racial, economical...). Tell his or her story.

Solución: A few years ago, when we started secondary school, my close friend Daniel experienced an unfair situation that left a lasting mark on him. Daniel had recently moved to our town from South America with his family, hoping for a better future. At first, he was enthusiastic and eager to make friends. Unfortunately, a small group of classmates began to mock his accent and his traditional background. They excluded him from group activities and made hurtful remarks during break time. Because of this cruel treatment, Daniel gradually became withdrawn and his academic performance declined. Deeply worried, I decided to encourage him to talk to our head teacher. Together with our guidance counsellor, the school organised workshops on diversity and mutual respect. Furthermore, the students responsible were confronted and made to understand the harm they had caused. Over time, the atmosphere improved significantly. Daniel regained his self-confidence, made genuine friends, and felt accepted. This experience showed us that standing up against prejudice is vital to ensuring that everyone feels safe and respected.
