B5. What is your experience when you use your mobile while walking?

Solución: Nowadays, smartphones are an essential part of our daily lives, and many of us tend to use them constantly, even when walking. In my personal experience, walking while looking at my phone screen has both advantages and serious drawbacks. On the one hand, checking my phone while on the move allows me to save time. For instance, I frequently use GPS applications to find directions or reply to urgent messages from friends and family. Listening to music or podcasts also makes long walks more enjoyable. On the other hand, it can be quite dangerous and stressful. Once, while replying to a text message, I almost bumped into a lamppost and tripped over a curb. Moreover, constantly looking down causes neck strain and disconnects me from the surrounding environment. In conclusion, although mobile phones offer undeniable convenience, using them while walking can be hazardous. I try to stop whenever I really need to use my device.
