A5. Do you think green energy is the energy source for the future? Give reasons.

Solución: Model answer (144 words): In my opinion, green energy is definitely the energy source for the future, although the change will not happen overnight. First of all, fossil fuels such as oil, coal and gas are running out, and burning them is the main cause of climate change. Renewable sources like the sun, the wind or water, on the other hand, are clean and will never be exhausted. Secondly, the technology has improved a lot in recent years, so solar panels and wind turbines are now much cheaper and more efficient than before. Moreover, countries that produce their own green energy depend less on imports. However, there are still some problems, such as storing energy when there is no sun or wind. Nevertheless, I believe that with more investment these problems will be solved. To sum up, green energy is not only possible but necessary for our planet.
