Solución: In recent years, social media platforms have transformed how people interact, but they have also created an unhealthy obsession with popularity. In my opinion, some individuals go to extreme and dangerous lengths simply to receive validation in the form of likes and followers. To begin with, many users risk their physical safety by participating in hazardous online challenges or taking selfies in precarious locations, such as cliffs and skyscrapers. Unfortunately, several tragic accidents have occurred because individuals prioritized viral fame over their own lives. Furthermore, others compromise their mental well-being by constantly pretending to live perfect lives, editing their photos excessively and hiding reality. In conclusion, while social media can be a positive tool for communication, the search for online approval has driven many people too far. We must learn that self-worth is not measured by virtual likes.
