1. Write a complaint email to the Customer Service department of the booking agency and ask for some kind of compensation.

Solución: Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with our recent stay at the "Seaside Paradise Apartment" (Booking reference: #98421), where my family and I stayed from 10th to 17th July. Upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that the apartment was situated over three kilometres from the town centre, despite the listing stating it was centrally located. Furthermore, the property was in terrible condition: the air conditioning unit was broken during a heatwave, and the kitchen lacked basic appliances such as the advertised microwave and refrigerator. These issues significantly ruined our holiday, causing considerable distress and unforeseen expenses. Given that the service provided failed to meet the promised standards, I believe we are entitled to a 50% refund as compensation. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution. Yours sincerely, Alex Smith
