2. A national park is a large area of land which is protected by the government because of its natural beauty, plants, or animals, and which the public can usually visit with some restrictions. Have you ever visited a national park? What did you do there? Did you see any wild animals or protected flora? Write a narrative text in which you explain your experience there.

Solución: Sample answer: Last summer, my family and I decided to spend a weekend exploring Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park in the Pyrenees. From the moment we arrived, the majestic snow-capped peaks and pristine glacial lakes took my breath away. We began our hike early in the morning along a scenic trail surrounded by dense pine forests. Along the route, our guide pointed out protected alpine flora, such as wild orchids and delicate rhododendrons. As we were resting near a crystal-clear stream, a rustling sound caught our attention. Suddenly, a pair of chamois (*isards*) appeared gracefully on the rocky slope above us, stopping for a brief moment before vanishing into the wilderness. We spent the afternoon taking photographs and breathing the pure mountain air. It was a serene and memorable encounter with nature that I will never forget.
