5.- Write about 150 to 200 words on the following topic: Going abroad: by yourself or with friends? What do you prefer and why?

Solución: When thinking about travelling abroad, people often debate whether it is better to explore the world alone or in the company of friends. While both alternatives offer memorable moments, each style caters to different needs. On the one hand, travelling with friends creates shared memories that last a lifetime. Being in a group can feel safer, particularly in unfamiliar countries where you do not speak the local language. In addition, splitting accommodation and transport costs makes the trip more affordable. However, coordinating everyone's preferences often leads to minor disagreements and compromises. On the other hand, travelling by yourself provides total independence. You have the freedom to choose your daily itinerary without needing approval from anyone else. Furthermore, being on your own encourages you to meet fellow travellers and interact more deeply with local communities, which fosters self-confidence and personal maturity. In conclusion, although going abroad with friends is entertaining and comforting, I personally prefer travelling solo. It pushes me out of my comfort zone and transforms every trip into a truly unique adventure.
