Solución: The text mentions three: something that did not happen as you expected, a period in which you don't feel well, or just after the death of a person you loved.

Solución: You have no positive emotions and do not feel happy. People around you tend to cheer you up by making you focus on the positive side of things.

3. What are the benefits of feeling bad?

Solución: Feeling bad makes you wiser and stronger as a person, more warm-hearted and tolerant with the world around. It also helps us give shape to our life.

4. What should you do when you are feeling bad?

Solución: You should get out of it as soon as possible. You should accept that you are feeling bad and talk about it, for example, to friends who give you emotional support. Doing physical exercise or taking a warm bath or massage can also be very beneficial.
