2. You have bought several products online from a well-known website but some of them have not arrived while the ones which have are not in good condition. Write a formal email to customer service complaining about the service and requesting some compensation.

Solución: Sample answer (141 words): Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with order #48291, placed on your website on 15th May. Firstly, two items from the order—a leather jacket and a pair of running shoes—have still not arrived, despite the delivery deadline having passed ten days ago. Secondly, the ceramic bowls that were delivered arrived with severe cracks due to inadequate packaging, making them completely unusable. Given the poor quality of service and the inconvenience caused, I would like to request an immediate full refund for the damaged items, as well as tracking information or cancellation with reimbursement for the missing products. In addition, I believe a discount voucher on a future purchase would be appropriate compensation. I look forward to hearing from you promptly regarding a resolution to this matter. Yours faithfully, Alex Taylor
