These programs only last one or two years, focus directly on real-world skills, and companies often hire trainees right after graduation. On the other hand, university provides in-depth theoretical knowledge and opens doors to specialized careers that require a degree, such as law or engineering. However, it requires a much longer commitment and more independent study. My advice is to consider how you like to learn. If you want hands-on experience now, choose vocational training.
