Solución: Sample essay (~130 words): For many decades, seeking professional psychological help was heavily stigmatised, often considered a sign of weakness or madness. In my opinion, society's perception has evolved considerably, although certain prejudices still remain. Today, younger generations openly discuss mental well-being on social media, normalising visits to a therapist just like visits to a doctor. Public figures and athletes also share their personal struggles, inspiring others to prioritise self-care and ask for professional guidance. Nevertheless, among older generations and in some conservative environments, therapy is still seen as unnecessary or embarrassing. In addition, the high cost of private consultations prevents many from accessing treatment, creating an inequality gap. All in all, while the stigma has decreased substantially, we still need greater awareness and accessible public mental healthcare before therapy is fully accepted everywhere.
