Solución: Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service received during flight IB3421 from Madrid to London on 12th October. To begin with, the flight suffered an unannounced three-hour delay at the departure gate, and passengers were provided with no information or refreshments. Once onboard, my assigned seat was damaged and could not be adjusted, which caused significant physical discomfort during the journey. Furthermore, the cabin crew displayed an unprofessional attitude when I politely brought this issue to their attention, refusing to offer any viable alternative despite several empty seats being visible. Considering the severe inconvenience, the lack of communication, and the substandard conditions experienced, I believe that appropriate compensation is warranted. I therefore request a full refund of my ticket fare or a travel voucher of equivalent value. I look forward to hearing from you regarding how you intend to resolve this matter.
