However, I would definitely agree to disconnect from my mobile phone for a whole day every week. Instead of looking at a screen, we can focus on real-world interactions, spend quality time with family and friends, or engage in outdoor activities and hobbies such as reading or sports. In conclusion, taking a weekly digital break helps us build healthier habits, improve our concentration, and enjoy the present moment more fully.
