Following the narrow stone corridor, he arrived at a large chamber filled with golden statues and intricate carvings. In the centre of the room lay an unopened sarcophagus surrounded by mysterious pottery. His heart raced with excitement as he realized this discovery could change everything historians knew about the civilization. Suddenly, he heard soft footsteps echoing behind him. Turning around quickly, he saw a shadowy figure standing right at the entrance of the passage.
