a. Imagine that you are studying at a foreign university. Write a letter to your family describing your experience.

Solución: Dear Mum and Dad, I hope everything is going well back home. I am writing to you from my small room in the student residence to tell you all about my first month studying here in Manchester. At first, adapting to the university and the weather was quite challenging. However, the campus is amazing and my classes are extremely interesting. My professors are very supportive and my classmates come from many different countries, which allows me to learn about diverse cultures every single day. Living on my own has also taught me to cook and manage my time much better. Yesterday, I visited the city library and went for a walk in the city centre with some friends. I miss you all very much and cannot wait to see you at Christmas. Lots of love, Alex
