OPTION 1: The advantages and disadvantages of sharing a flat when you are a student.

Solución: Sample composition (at least 125 words): Sharing a flat is one of the most common experiences for university students. While it offers many benefits, it also presents several challenges that students must face. On the one hand, living with roommates has significant advantages. The primary benefit is financial, as sharing rent and utility bills makes living away from home much more affordable. Additionally, it helps students develop social skills and make lifelong friends. You learn to cooperate, share responsibilities such as cleaning or cooking, and you rarely feel lonely in a new city. On the other hand, there are clear drawbacks. The lack of privacy can be stressful, particularly during exam periods when silence is necessary. Conflicts often arise regarding household chores, noise levels, or different lifestyles and habits. In conclusion, despite the inevitable difficulties of cohabitation, sharing a flat is a valuable learning experience that helps young people become mature and independent adults.
