6. Write a composition of 120-150 words on the following topic. Answer ALL the questions (4 points): What are your views on hybrid working? Would you prefer to work from home, a hybrid model, or going to the office everyday? Explain.

Solución: Sample composition (135 words): In recent years, hybrid working has become increasingly popular across many industries. In my opinion, this model offers a great balance between personal life and professional responsibilities, allowing workers to save time on commuting while still maintaining social interaction with colleagues. If I had to choose, I would definitely prefer a hybrid model. Working exclusively from home can lead to isolation and blur the boundaries between work and personal life. On the other hand, commuting to an office every single day can be physically exhausting and unnecessary for tasks that only require a computer and internet connection. A hybrid schedule offering two or three days at home provides both flexibility and face-to-face collaboration. To sum up, hybrid working seems to be the ideal approach for modern work culture, ensuring productivity and employee well-being.
