6. Write a composition of 120-150 words on the following topic. Answer ALL the questions (4 points): Do you think different generations of people use and interpret language in text messages differently? In your opinion, what kind of things people should never do or say in text messages? Explain.

Solución: Sample response: Nowadays, text messaging is one of the most common ways to communicate, but different generations definitely use and interpret it in contrasting ways. While younger people rely heavily on abbreviations, acronyms, and emojis to convey nuances and tone, older generations tend to write complete sentences with formal punctuation. For instance, ending a message with a full stop might seem polite to an older person, but teenagers often interpret it as rude or passive-aggressive. In my opinion, there are certain things people should never do in text messages. Firstly, delivering bad or very sensitive news, such as breaking up or announcing a death, should always be done in person or over a phone call. Furthermore, sending messages in all capital letters should be avoided because it looks like shouting. Finally, one should never send rude or insulting messages impulsively, as written words remain permanently.
