Solución: Sample formal email: Dear Mr. Evans, I am writing to you on behalf of the senior students to express our serious concern regarding the lack of sports equipment and suitable facilities in our school gym. Currently, most of the basketballs and footballs are damaged, and several gym machines are out of order. Consequently, physical education lessons are frequently disrupted, and students cannot practise sports properly. Furthermore, this situation discourages pupils from maintaining healthy habits and participating in extracurricular competitions. We would appreciate it if the school board could allocate funds to replace the damaged gear and upgrade the sports facilities in the near future.
