On the other hand, excessive use of social media can lead to serious issues, including digital addiction, lack of concentration, and social isolation. Constant exposure to idealized lifestyles often damages self-esteem, especially among teenagers. Furthermore, the spread of fake news and cyberbullying are growing concerns in today's society. In conclusion, social media is a powerful tool with both positive and negative consequences. To make the most of it, users must learn to consume digital content responsibly and strike a healthy balance between virtual interactions and real life.
