Solución: Nowadays, our lives are shaped by speed. From fast food to instant online delivery, everything is designed to save time. However, this lifestyle brings both benefits and drawbacks. On the one hand, speed offers undeniable convenience. We can order groceries, buy clothes, and communicate with anyone across the globe in seconds. This allows us to manage tight schedules and access goods that make our everyday lives easier and more comfortable. On the other hand, living fast has severe consequences. It generates massive waste and environmental pollution, particularly through fast fashion and single-use packaging. Furthermore, the constant rush often leads to chronic stress and poor physical health due to processed food and lack of rest. In conclusion, while convenience improves efficiency, slowing down is essential to preserve our health and the planet.
