The possibility of binge-watching entire seasons often leads to procrastination and sleep deprivation. Furthermore, spending hours in front of a screen can negatively affect our physical health and reduce time spent socialising in the real world. In conclusion, streaming TV series provides great entertainment and flexibility. However, it is essential to consume content responsibly to avoid becoming addicted and neglecting other important daily activities.
