a) It is extremely hot in the classroom. Complain about it.

Solución: It's boiling in here! Could we please open the windows or turn on the air conditioning? It's impossible to concentrate with this unbearable heat.

b) Your sibling wants to share your Instagram account with their friends, but you don't feel comfortable with that. Explain your reasons.

Solución: I'd rather you didn't. My account is private and has personal messages and photos I only share with close friends.

c) You accidentally sent your English homework to the wrong teacher. Apologise for the mistake.

Solución: Dear teacher, I am terribly sorry for sending you my English homework by mistake. Please disregard the email, and sorry for the inconvenience.

d) You didn't understand the homework, so you couldn't finish it. Ask your classmate for help.

Solución: Hey, I got totally stuck on yesterday's English exercises. Could you please give me a hand and explain how to do them?

e) You want to order pizza for dinner, but your family prefers Chinese food. Convince them.

Solución: Come on, we had Chinese food last week! There is a great two-for-one offer on pizza tonight, so we would also save money.
